Hi every one.  I have used monoclonal antibody to GAPDH and detected a non-specific band at about 100 kd.  Has anybody else ever got that? The antibody I am using is one of abcam's.  Thanks.

I think you will find that everyone who has done westerns will at some point have had non-specific bands...  There are lots and lots of threads on here with information on how to reduce non-specific binding.
