Dear All,
Hi, Im a newbie to bisulphite sequencing. please give me some advice on which is the best plasmid vector for cloning BSP products? and which cells to use for cloning?
are TA cloning vectors like TOPO better than those using restriction enzyme sites.
please suggest a good standard working pair.
Thanks in advance.

TA cloning vectors should be used to clone your BSP products and you don't need restriction cloning which will make it harder. Any TA vector should work, I do recommend TOPO.
