Hi everyone!

I want to creat a stable cell line using SY5Y cells. I will do the transfection with the lentivirus next week and i'll do selection with G418..someone has an idea how long in average does it take until i can freeze them for the first time?

Depending on whether you are making polyclonal or monoclonal cell lines, it will take between 3 weeks and 2-3 months.
