Hello to everyone.

I am trying to establish a protocol for stimulation of biopsied intestinal tissue.  The biopsied tissue will be placed on an organ culture dish with a central well and a culture mediium will be poured in.  Then the tissue will be stimulated with LPS, PGN etc.  That is the idea...   Has anyone worked with intestinal tissue so as to advise me about the above protocol (For example, what medium to use, the % of FBS, etc)?
