Hey guys,
after using our TRIzol protocol for ages we somehow have a problem now.
When we precipitate our RNA with Isopropanol in about 20% of our samples there is no nice pellet, but the RNA rather sticks on the wall and is hard to see (and we use GlycoBlue).
It's not the biggest problem, since we are still able to redisolve this RNA stuck to the wall and get a good yield, but it is annoying since it takes way longer.
And we can't figure out what the problem could be. We haven't changed anything and in 80% of the samples it works just perfectly as usual.
Anybody had this problem before?
Thanks
