Hello
I am new to the proliferation assays.I have to perform the proliferation assay with 150uL of my drug and control according to the protocol.When I am done adding everything to the wells,the total amount of fluid is above 250uL before I perform the photometric reading.I wanted to know if this in any way would effect my absorbance values?
