Hello,
I accedently made 10x more denaturation-buffer (8M Urea/NaH2Po4/EDTA) than I need. I know urea-solutions should be made fresh, but can I store some aliquots at -20°C and resolve the urea them in a waterbath before usage?

should be okay but don't warm them at temperatures above room temperature or you will cause the urea to decompose.
