Hi all,

I need to do some tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) immunostaining for Dopamine neurons in VTA section, but since it is my first time doing immunohistochemistry experiment, I have some problems to find a good protocol for it.  If anybody has any information about it, I would really appreciate for this help. Also I could not find any paper to explain the methods. If you have any paper about this subject, I would be really thankful for it.
