Hello,
I have the following question. I am trying to isolate peptides from HT22 cell culture and heard that potassium induces release of peptides from the cell without killing the cells. I browsed through several papers but could not find such an effect..
Does anybody know this effect of potassium, and if yes, at what concentration should I apply it to the culture?
