hi, anybody has done ChIP? i have a few questions that need ur help.  where d u get protein-A agarose bead at reasonable price? can we make them ourselves? 2. i have an anti-body for my protein of interest, usually how much anti-body should be used for 10 to the seventh of cells? how to optimize the anibody reaction? i will appreciate if u can give me a complete protocol. thank u

Dr. Farnham and her postdocs/students/techs have had great success (and numerous publications) following the protocols listed.

I do not have any vendor recommendations, though.
