is there a temperature range of stability for DMSO while working with it as a solvent? i am using DMSO as a solvent for an anti cancer drug Ellipticine ( and a (GC)4) while doing isothermal titration calorimetry. i aim to find dissociation constants as function of temperature. please suggest a suitable temperature range for the experiment. also please can anyone throw some light on Van't hoff analysis; how can i use it in my experiment.
