Hi friends,
Could someone please help me to get the protocol to develop x-ray film after doing EMSA using the LightShift Chemiluminescent EMSA kit from Thermo Scientific.
Thanks in advance,
Bindu

The exact times for developing depend on the type of film you have and the developing chemicals you are using.
In general you place the film into developer solution for 15 sec-1 min, then remove, and place into fixative solution for a similar time or longer, then rinse off with running water and allow to dry.

I ordered the CL-XPosure Film, 5 x 7in. (12.5 x 17.5cm)from Thermo Scientific (prdouct No. 34088). From which company, I can buy the developer and fixer or can I make the solutions in lab.If so, could I know the recipe?
Thanks in advance,
Bindu

Try Kodak(thermo fisher) supplies the reagents as well as the film. You will need X-ray film developer and fixer such as the XOMAT range.
