Lamin A/C vs Lamin B1 as a nuclear marker??

Hi

I am looking for a good nuclear marker and I have come to the conclusion that Lamin a/c and Lamin B1 are good markers for western blot analyses but which one should i actually use?

I have seen people using Lamin A, and Lamin C - check the literature for more information.
