I accidentally left my Bio Rad loading buffer at 37C overnight. Will the buffer be ok to use? I think yes - as the buffer is normally boiled before use but would like to get others opinions. The buffer has B-ME and glycerol, as well as bromophenol blue and 1M Tris.

The thing to worry about is the BME, which is fairly labile actually. I actually always add it (or DTT) fresh for each sample preparation because even kept at 4deg, it will lose efficacy over time and this will be accellerated at 37deg.
