I've done many western blots on tissue lysates before, but this is the first time I've done a western on a plasma sample. What can I use as a loading control?

I usually use GAPDH or beta-actin as a loading control, but these are not secreted proteins. The only two suggestions I've received are albumin and fibrinogen. I don't want to use fibrinogen because it's been shown to be increased in patients with cardiovascular disease - that's too close to what I study to take a chance on it. Albumin might work but if anyone has one they know does not change with age, sex, or nutritional status, I'd appreciate hearing about it!
