hi all,

i'm trying to optimize a combing protocol in U2OS cells. usually to detect idu and cldu people use BD anti-brdu 347580 (idu) and abcam ab6326 (cldu)
since one is mouse IgG1, κ  and the other one is rat IgG2a, which secondary anti-mouse and anti-rat (488 and 594 labelled) you will suggest me to use in order to reduce the crossreactivity?
