Hello everyone,

So far I did apoptosis screening with PI/Ax FACS-analysis myself with cells fresh from culture stained with the Annexin V-FITC apoptosis detection kit from BenderMedSystems containing PI and Ax.
Now I just moved to an institution where FACS is done by one central facility, which is not open on week-ends and is closed for 2 weeks in august. So no FACS analysis during these times.

So here's the question:
Is there a way to store the cells between collection and FACS-analysis without impacting the result (stain, fix, store and wash/ fix and store and wash and stain later/....)? Any help would save me a lot of time!!
