Hi,
I have transfected Hela cell with Invitrogen Plus and Lipofect system, The eficiency is very high, almost 60%. But all the transfected Hela cell become round, I can't identify the cytoplasm and nuclear. Who can tell me how can I keep the shape of transfected Hela cell? Thanks a lot.
