Hi friends
i am checking the apoptosis of cells on infection with my bacteria.
its already reported that it causes apoptosis but pathway is not know.
what is the easiest and convenient way to find out which type of pathways is causing apoptosis intrinsic or  extrinsic or any other.IS THERE ANY KIT WHICH CAN TELL IN A SINGLE STEP OR SO.
its a bit urgent for me.

there are antibody kits against relavent phospho proteins (caspases, Akt, etc) during apoptosis...

is there any other way as these kits are very costly.some cheap methods may be like pcr or so
