Hi,
I have transfected Hela cell with Invitrogen Plus and Lipofect system, The eficiency is very high, almost 60%. But all the transfected Hela cell become round, I can't identify the cytoplasm and nuclear. Who can tell me how can I keep the shape of transfected ahela cell? Thanks a lot. [SIZE=7][COLOR=green]

Hi,
It is known that liposomes are creating some problems when entering the cell membrane.. It may be the cause of your problem! Have you tried a non liposomal reagent ? I love jetpei (it's PEI but works great !).
