Hello,
We are culturing RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. We begin with 5mLs of DMEM media in a T-25 flask during the procedure from freeze downs to resuspension and plating. We change the media everyday and in between changes we do a wash with PBS GIBCO brand. I would like to know if anyone knows if the PBS can dilute the DMEM media if we are pouring off the PBS instead of aspirating it. Thanks.
