Hi, all

this might be a stupid question, but I recently purchased papain powder (100mg, 23.1u/mgP) for tissue digestion.
I eventually use this with the concentration of 0.2u/ml or so, but my question is there are any standard to make papain stock such as minimum concentration, storage temp or solution to use to dissolve?

Right now, I am thinking to dissolve the power in sterile water with 200u/ml or so and keep aliquot in -20C.

If you guys have any suggestion let me know.
