Thank you for your post - very useful!
Im studying ELISA as part of my investigation in 2nd year. Ive been advised to develop it by using the UV-vis to determine the concentration of the colour obtained to improve the accuracy of my results. Any advice you could give on how to do this would be much appreciated!
