Hi everybody

I'm going to work with High resolution melting analysis to scan genes and find new SNPs. In the lab there is a Lightcycler480 Real Time of Roche, but it isn't installed the gene scanning software. Do you think is necessary to do my experiments or with the Tm Calling analysis could be enough?

Thank you

Yes, it's necessary, Tm calling wouldn't help you with the shape of the curve which is what you want to see.
Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.

I never trust anything that can't be doubted.
