Dear Forum members,
does anybody have a clear protocol for liposome preparation and immunization in mice?
I found several articles but yet, it is not clear how much phospholipids one should prepare for liposomes and then, how much liposomes should be injected per mouse (and in which volume!). In addition, I would like to know whether cholesterol should be included...wouldn´t it be enough just to add 1 phospholipid, lipid A (as adjuvant)and the antigen of interest?
