There are quite a number of Isothermal DNA amplification techniques.
This includes LAMP, HDA, RPA and etc.
Did anyone of you use it here? Do it have any values in your research? Synthetic Biology? Molecular Diagostic?
How do you think?
I had read some publications saying that such technology is better/not good than conventional PCR. But how come people were so phobia about PCR anyway?
