Hi,

I have been doing multiplex PCR (three amplicons) and I fear the total yield is less than it should be. I am getting 250 ng/20 ul. The reaction volume is 20 ul. What is the usual range of total PCR yield in ng/ul? Is what I am getting normal?

That's normal for a PCR reaction.
