Hello, I need to know if there are available cell lines which express separately TLR2, 4 and 5.
We are starting to work on TLR signaling, trying to elucidate if some protein activates either of these TLRs, and need the cell lines to assay it.

We know we could do with a cell line wich can be transfected (or alike) with the TLR, but we are not sure if the complete signaling pathway will be expressed, so we don't really want to do that.

If anyone can help, thanks a lot!!

Invivogen sells HEK293 with these receptors, they are a little expensive though..
