Hi,

I was wondering did anyone have any experience doing in cell westerns (ICWs) using the Licor Odyssey system. My question is, is it necessary to use the DRAQ5 and Sapphire 700 they recommend for cell number normalisation? Would it be sufficient to just use a standard control antibody on a different infrared channel to the antibody of interest?
