Hello all,

I am struggling to amplify my instert which has two loxP sites. my reverse primer is right next to the 3'LoxP. I am getting nonspecific bands and tried many conditions. I guess the Loxp sites making problem here, if any one has same experience and have overcame, please do let me know the optimal condition to get specific band.
