Hello,

Could someone please help with some advices about live cell culture medium.
I'am about to start on live cell imaging and I know that regular medium
with phenol red can't be used.
I don't know if this kind of medium can be "lab made".

Thanks in advance for your help.

Kind regards

nanobiomed

You can buy mediums without phenol red. Or, if you are just doing one or two images occasionally (say every 24 hours), you can just replace the medium with PBS for taking the images
