hello
i'm working with RKO and i obtain this pictures today  
i think it could be a contamination but i'm not sure, some people of may lab say it coul also be detrits from the cells
i used a DMEM medium but it wasen't suplemented with l-glutamine aldo this cells require it. could it be the reason of the small dots or is it bacteria?
help me please

Seems big for bacteria - do you have any higher magnification pictures?  Was your medium cloudy?

hello
i have this picture from 400x but is of bad quality  
the medium didn't seem cloudy but i saw this in a 96 well with 100ul of medium.

Seems big for bacteria - do you have any higher magnification pictures?  Was your medium cloudy?
