Does anybody know what the Reaction buffer of the In-Fusion Kit of Clontech contains?
I wanted to set up a reaction but cannot find the buffer anymore...

Question does not have to be solved anymore.
I realized that the new kits contain a premix of buffer and enzyme... so also mine did.
