[tyrosine]

Hi all,

I've been doing some 2D-PAGES recently and was wondering how much shift in (i) mass and (ii) pI we would see for phosphorylation?

Is it specific to each type of phosphorylation (e.g. serine vs threonine vs tyrosine) and could it be also specific to the protein itself?
