Hello,

is there somebody working on epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT)to help me?

I am trying to induce EMT with TGFb1 on MDCK cells but the phenotype I get is not strong,


I know that crytical elements to trigger EMT are:


-Serum starvation

-Cell confluence at the time of stimulation


Is there somebody who could advise me?
