Which one´s the best TA-Cloning kit?
I´m using the pGEMTeasy kit from Promega but I hope there´s a better one.

Agree. I always use TOPO TA cloning kit from IVG.

Its true. TOPO TA from Invritrogen always work. Invritrogen has also TA Cloning kit. the main difference is that TOPO TA's ligation is at benchtop for 5-30 min and TA ligation is at 14C overnight. Obviously there are differences in cost, being the TA the most economical. In terms of efficacy, I have heard that TA (overnight ligation) is more efficient. I am an active user of TOPO TA and I can tell you that is VERY GOOD.

I prefer Pstblue 1, Perfectly blunt clonning kits from Novagen. Is quick, easy and high efficiency.
In one day you can do the ligation(20 minutes) reaction and transformation (one hour).
