Hi

I would like to ask whether any of you tried to culture any bacteria in tissue culture flask? does the lactobacillus stick to the flask?

I do not really understand what you try to do, but yes, you can grow bacteria in such flask.. you can grow them in anything as long as you provide the nutrients (media). Its more the media that would stick to the flask..
But I dont really see what you are trying to do.
Are yoy trying to form some sort of biofilm or?
If you don't know it, then ask it! Better to ask and look foolish to some then not ask and stay stupid.
