Hallo all,

I was reading something on a virus, however I have the following question:
How can you prove or know that the viral DNA is transported activly or via free diffusion?

This was not mentioned in the paper I was reading (not important for the paper), but I wonder how you can prove this, because it seems rather important to know if its free diffusion or not.

And a second question: has anyone a good book on viruses? A good title for students to use to study?
