Our Institute has a FACS Aria III machine, recently upgraded from Aria II. Apparently, it was fine before the upgrade, but ever since, it's been constantly breaking down. It seems to be about twice a week that it breaks. I was wondering whether anyone else has suffered these problems after upgrading?

We don't have the III, but I remember getting the II, which was a real nightmare! One of them was constantly breaking down, the engineer came so often that he got his own desk and locker. After a while they could fix it, but it took some time. I hope your problems will be solved quicker... Can you request a replacement?
