Hi all, i intend to perform a knockdown in U937 and HMC-1 suspension cells using Lipofectamine RNAiMAX. The siRNA oligos are in 20 uM stock solutions and i intend to use 6pmol of siRNA in a 24-well format. I would like to know what volume (micro litres) of siRNA i should add into the media suspension? Any feedback is much appreciated. Cheers.

Assume 6 pmol is an amount not a concentration, you need to take 0.3 ul from 20 uM stock to get 6 pmol siRNA.
