Hi all

I am performing subcutaneous vaccination on C57BL/6 mice. Can someone tell me where exactly is defined as subcutaneous? I usually pinch a patch of skin up from its back and inject underneath the skin layer. But the immune response was really poor. I am injecting with liposomal vaccines.
