Did anyone here do RACE (Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends)
Can anyone tell me how do we confirm the ends of the cDNA by race.

You best bet is to sequence the PCR product to see if it is full length or not.

Predict what? Sequencing is not really a cumbersome process and it gives you all the information you need.
