Hi

I'm looking for a way to measure the apoptosis level of human cells inside bioreactors (except LDH level)
Like with ELISA or something else that will give me a value but not microscopy techniques

any ideas?

I'm not sure if this would be helpful, but have you considered Caspase Activity Assays?  We have measured caspase 3 activity level in the past with this method.
