Hi all,
I'm going to do a degradome deep sequencing and according to German et al (356 | VOL.4 NO.3| 2009 NATURE PROTOCOLS) we should extract polyA RNA for ligation to the 5' adaptor, Does it need to treat extracted total RNA with DNase before extracting polyA RNA? why?
