I ran concentrated conditioned medium on western blot, and I got a huge white colour bands around 60kDa, I think these bands must be from albumin, and my gel ran funny. The conditioned medium containing 10% FCS. May I know how can I get rid of the albumin in the conditioned media after I concentrated them? I want to look at BDNF protein level in the conditioned medium. Thanks!
