Hey,
looking for a protocol to isolate myoblasts from my Knockout and WT mice.
Has anybody here worked with primary muscle cells? What's your experience with these cells?

Once in culture you will get a quite high level off diffentiation but it will never be completely free from undifferentiated cells and most likely also fibroblasts...
