I am trying to measure intracellular glutathione (reduced & oxidized) in apoptotic cells.I'm using a modification of Tietze's method in a 96 well plate, but am having somedifficulties. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to measure GSx?(DTNB, NADPH, GSR concentrations, etc.)

U can use fluori method for GSH(red&oxi)
In this u need to have NEM as fluo probe
