Does anybody know to do the soft agar assay with mda-mb-231 cells?While doing the assay the agar always congeals when mixed with the media.I use DMEM. Can anybody suggest a detailed protocol with the conc. of stock agar/agarose used for preparing the base gel and the top gel.

Hi!For base agar it is usually 3% and top agar it is 1%.try this. It may wotk.all the best
