I am working with pancreatic islets, and try to normalize islet insulin content by its DNA content. Is there a way to measure the insulin and DNA content from one same islet samples (10~20 islets).
I have some islets that sonicated in 1M acetic acid to measure insulin content. Is there any way to measure DNA content in these samples?
