Hi All,

Am analysing a novel protein and the priliminary data shows this protein had role in DNA repair and translocated from cytosol to mitochondria when we induce injury. And to analyse further am planning to make a clone, which target this protien to nucleus and like to see the profile various factor involuded in DNA repair.

I like to know is there any specific sequence which i can clone with my protein so that it can target to nucleus. it will very help if any one suggest me any such sequence or any stragey to do it.
